Further Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the released materials.

Also included in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing distinct parts of the land.

In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.

Additional images disclosed as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
